Stephanie Cornelius (Violin and various Strings, Uillean Pipes)
Stephanie will be available on Sundays and Mondays at the Buffalo Irish Center . Times TBA soon. Stephanie instructs adults and children.
Stephanie would like to form classes that concentrate on the following six areas:
1. Bow Control
2. Exploring the local repetoires: Buffalo vs. Toronto vs. Rochester
3. Establishing connections with local fiddlers
4. Establishing a regular kids session
5. Listening/Studying recordings
6. Instrument Care & Maintenance
Carolyn Unitas - Roos (Voice and Beginner Violin and Viola)
Vocal Instruction is given in English and Gaelic. Repertoire will focus on traditional Irish folk songs that can be sung for public performance and feisanna. We are looking to form an Irish Children's Chorus for the WNY Community.

Slow and Fast Seisiuns /Third Sundays of the month at the Buffalo Irish Center
6 - 9 PM
Students may be charged a nominal fee for materials such as printed sheet music or recordings/tutorials that will help them learn the music. Students may be asked to purchase music when necessary and are expected to practice and take part regularly in the seisiuns to be considered for performing in the community with the group.
Students at this level should be a novice to intermediate player for the slow seisisun and intermediate to advanced for the faster seisiun.
Students at this level will also be offered opportunities to take part in workshops offered by master fiddlers and seisiun players when available. The cost for these workshops range from $20 - 25 and will be posted on the website or circulated via class or e-mail to those that may be interested.
* Lesson times subject to change based on availablity and need or addition of students and/or instructors. Instructors are fairly flexible in assisting you. Please call or e-mail at least 24 hours in advance if you know of a cancellation on your part. Instructors will make notification to the director and students in advance of a cancellation on their part.
